DISCRMINATION
Jul 16, 2020

The New Jersey Law Enforcement Supervisors Association would like to strongly express that this organization does not condone any unprofessional conduct, acts of discrimination, harassment, hatred based on race, faith, skin, color, nationality, ancestry, sexual orientation, gender identity, and disability.

The NJLESA is a diverse law enforcement organization proudly representing over 600 State Law Enforcement Supervisors from many different backgrounds.

Our members have been trained in tolerance and diversity and simply to treat people as you want to be treated. They understand they are expected to conduct themselves as law enforcement professionals, as they not only represent themselves, but also the NJLESA and their department.

The disturbing events here in New Jersey and across the Country has put a strain on the public trust in Law Enforcement.

We hold the members of New Jersey Law Enforcement Supervisors Association to the highest of standards and promise the public that we will never condone nor will we ever tolerate any members actions that goes against what the we stand for.

This union will continue to encourage our members to be positive role models in their communities. The NJLESA will continue to strive along with its members to be an instrumental part of the solution to the social issues that are affecting our society today.

Lastly, we would like to thank the law enforcement officers who protect the public every day without fanfare. We support you!
